ما الذي نجمعه

• الحساب: رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني (Gmail)، الاسم، وما تختار إضافته في البروفايل (تاريخ الميلاد، العمل، الهوايات، نوع الحساب، الصورة).
• الرسائل والوسائط: الرسائل والصور والملاحظات الصوتية والحالات التي ترسلها تُخزَّن على خوادمنا لإيصالها إلى المستلمين.
• جهات الاتصال: فقط إذا وافقت على المزامنة (من الهاتف أو Google): الأسماء والأرقام والبريد، لمعرفة من يستخدم التطبيق وتسهيل الدعوات.
• المكالمات: نستخدم الكاميرا والميكروفون فقط أثناء المكالمة التي تبدأها أو تقبلها؛ لا نسجّل المكالمات.
• الموقع: فقط عند طلبك (مثلاً لاختيار المنطقة)، ولا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية.
• معلومات تقنية وأمنية: عنوان IP، معرّف الجهاز الموثوق، أوقات الدخول، لحماية الحساب ومنع الاحتيال.
• الإشعارات: معرّف اشتراك الإشعارات (Web Push) لإرسال تنبيهات الرسائل.
• الإعلانات: قد تعرض النسخة المتصفّحة إعلانات Google AdSense خارج المحادثات، وقد تستخدم Google كوكيز/معرّفات. لا نشارك محتوى رسائلك مع أي معلن.

كيف نستخدمها

لتقديم خدمة المراسلة والمكالمات، الأمان ومنع الإساءة، الدعم، وتحسين التطبيق. لا نبيع بياناتك.

المشاركة

مع مزوّدي الاستضافة والبريد/الرسائل القصيرة وGoogle (الإعلانات/تسجيل الدخول) بالقدر اللازم فقط، أو عند طلب قانوني ملزم.

الحماية والتشفير

كل الاتصالات مشفّرة أثناء النقل (HTTPS/TLS).

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما الحساب فعّال. يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (البروفايل ← مسح الحساب) أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عاماً.

معايير سلامة الأطفال

نمنع منعاً باتاً أي محتوى يستغل الأطفال أو يعرّضهم للخطر (CSAE/CSAM). يمكن الإبلاغ عن أي محادثة أو مستخدم من داخل التطبيق (إبلاغ)، ونحذف المحتوى ونوقف الحساب ونبلّغ الجهات المختصة عند الاقتضاء. نقطة التواصل لسلامة الأطفال: [email protected]

What we collect

• Account: phone number, email (Gmail), name, and optional profile details (birth date, job, hobbies, account type, photo).
• Messages & media: messages, photos, voice notes and statuses you send are stored on our servers to deliver them.
• Contacts: only if you agree to sync (phone or Google): names, numbers and emails, to show who uses SayAhlan and help you invite people.
• Calls: camera and microphone are used only during calls you start or accept; calls are not recorded.
• Location: only when you request it (e.g., choosing your region); no background tracking.
• Technical & security data: IP address, trusted-device identifier, sign-in times, to protect accounts and prevent fraud.
• Notifications: a push subscription identifier to deliver message alerts.
• Ads: the web version may show Google AdSense ads outside chats; Google may use cookies/identifiers. We never share message content with advertisers.

How we use it

To provide messaging and calls, keep accounts safe, provide support and improve the app. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

Only with hosting, email/SMS providers and Google (ads/sign-in) as needed, or when legally required.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active. Delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or via the account deletion page.

Children

SayAhlan is not directed to children under 13.

Child safety standards

We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE/CSAM). Any chat or user can be reported in the app (Report); we remove content, ban accounts and report to the relevant authorities where required. Child-safety contact: [email protected]
