شروط الاستخدام – قول أهلاً (اهلا وسهلا)

1. القبول

باستخدامك تطبيق قول أهلاً (app.sayahlan.com وتطبيقاته) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. الأهلية والعمر

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل. إذا كنت دون السن القانونية في بلدك، فيجب أن يوافق وليّ أمرك على استخدامك.

3. الحساب والتحقق من الهاتف

يتطلب التسجيل رقم هاتف صالحاً تملكه ويتم التحقق منه برمز. أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن سرية حسابك وأجهزتك وعن كل نشاط يتم عبره. أبلغنا فوراً عن أي استخدام غير مصرّح به.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع:

• إرسال الرسائل المزعجة (سبام) أو الرسائل الجماعية غير المرغوبة أو الاحتيال.
• التحرش أو التهديد أو الإساءة أو خطاب الكراهية.
• نشر أو إرسال أي محتوى غير قانوني، بما في ذلك أي محتوى يستغل الأطفال (ممنوع منعاً باتاً ويُبلَّغ عنه).
• انتحال شخصية أي شخص أو جهة، أو تضليل الآخرين بشأن هويتك.
• محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو استخدامها بوسائل آلية غير مصرّح بها.

5. محتوى المستخدم

تبقى ملكية رسائلك وصورك وملاحظاتك الصوتية وحالاتك لك. وتمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري لتخزين هذا المحتوى ونقله وعرضه للمستلمين الذين تختارهم، فقط بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة. أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي ترسله.

6. تخزين الوسائط والنسخ الاحتياطي

تُخزَّن الوسائط على Cloudflare R2 وعلى خوادم الشركة لإيصالها. ويمكنك اختيارياً تفعيل نسخ احتياطي إلى حسابك الخاص على Google Drive (مجلد بيانات التطبيق drive.appdata)؛ هذا النسخ تحت سيطرتك بالكامل، ويمكنك إيقافه أو حذفه في أي وقت، ولا نصل إلا إلى الملفات التي ينشئها التطبيق.

7. المحفظة والمدفوعات

ميزات المحفظة والدفع «قريباً» وغير متوفرة حالياً. لا نقبل أي مدفوعات عبر التطبيق في الوقت الحالي، وستخضع هذه الميزات لشروط إضافية عند إطلاقها.

8. الإنهاء

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (البروفايل ← مسح الحساب أو صفحة حذف الحساب). ويحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون، أو لحماية المستخدمين.

9. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفرها» دون أي ضمانات. وإلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل BIJANCO المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فقدان بيانات أو رسائل أو انقطاع في الخدمة.

10. تعديل الشروط

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني قبولك له.

11. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الجمهورية اللبنانية، وتختص المحاكم اللبنانية بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

1. Acceptance

By using SayAhlan (app.sayahlan.com and its apps) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must agree to your use.

3. Account & phone verification

Registration requires a valid phone number that you own, verified by a code. You are responsible for accurate details, for keeping your account and devices secure, and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in fraud;
• harass, threaten, abuse others, or post hate speech;
• post or send any illegal content, including any content exploiting children (strictly prohibited and reported);
• impersonate any person or entity or mislead others about your identity;
• attempt to hack, disrupt, or use the service through unauthorised automated means.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your messages, photos, voice notes and statuses. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, transmit and display that content to the recipients you choose, only as needed to run the service. You are responsible for the content you send.

6. Media storage & backups

Media is stored on Cloudflare R2 and on company servers in order to deliver it. You may optionally enable backups to your own Google Drive (app data folder, drive.appdata); these backups are fully under your control, can be turned off or deleted at any time, and we only access files the app creates.

7. Wallet & payments

Wallet and payment features are "coming soon" and are not offered yet. We do not accept any payments in the app at this time; additional terms will apply when these features launch.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account, or the account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, or to protect users.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BIJANCO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or messages, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and Lebanese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
