Buying a compact camping trailer with a rear galley kitchen: what to look for

The kitchen is what most people miss first when they downsize. In a compact trailer it decides whether a weekend feels like a holiday or a chore, which is why many buyers look for a rear galley: the kitchen at the back under an opening window, with gas and water close by.
According to the product page, the BIJANCO Micro SS from Lebanon Caravans is a trailer for 2-3 people, about 3.5 m long, with a bathroom, kitchen, fridge, air conditioning, solar power and an outdoor awning. The photos show a two-burner gas hob and a stainless sink under the rear window, plus an outside locker that holds a gas bottle and a water container. To be clear, it is a trailer with an indoor rear galley, not a teardrop with a pull-out outdoor kitchen.
